The “Volunteer Culture” here at Breathe City Church is incredibly strong. Over 300 people make BCC happen, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, serving on over 25 ministry teams, across 10 different campuses and locations around the city and region. The commitment, passion and heart for the house demonstrated by each BCC volunteer is contagious and something to be admired. BCC is growing fast and the need for additional volunteers to come on board increases day by day. We would love you become part of the family by serving the house in some area. Every part of this body is just as important as the next and we champion every single person. Whether you’re cleaning toilets, manning the car park, leading praise and worship, operating PA, serving tea and coffee or even preaching we would like you to know that you are part of something far bigger than yourself; the building of the Kingdom of God! We have a volunteer application process here at Breathe City Church that helps us get to know you before you begin serving. This process begins with a Volunteer Application Form which, once completed, can be handed in at Campus: City reception or to a member of the Embrace team at one of our gatherings. Depending upon the ministry that you have applied for you may then be required to complete an interview process and will most definitely be required to complete our Connect Course before you are released to serve on a ministry team. This will help you to understand the reasons why we do what we do as well as how and what we do. It will also ensure that you carry our unique vision and culture.
