Breathe City Church is not only a church in this city, not even in this nation. BCC culture is heard, communicated, experienced and adopted across the world, in a village called Lwantama, Uganda. Through the phenomenal organisation, Compassion , BCCers have the absolute privilege of sponsoring over 100 children at project 555, Lwantama. Through child sponsorship, we have the honour of building relationships with the children, inputting into their lives and sharing our own. The next generation across the world is being loved and inspired! Not only this but because all the children Breathe City Church sponsors are part of the same project, we are able to build and establish a real relationship with the church there. In fact, in 2011, a team of 19 BCCers headed out to Lwantama to help in the building of a new school facility.
Now, in 2012 BCC has sent another team out to Uganda. This time they are focussing on developing the leaders in the church and community; by doing so empowering and encouraging them to impact their surroundings. Read more about this sensational journey in the teams daily blog.
