City Kids is Breathe City Church’s exciting programme for kids from across the city aged up to 11 years of age. City Kids aim to contact every single child in the city through the phenomenal City Kids Programme. The vision is to love kids for who they and to inspire them to become all that they can be. CITY KIDS: LIVE Get ready for the most exciting, fast-paced, and action-packed hour and a half your kids will spend all week. Get ready for City Kids: Live! City Kids: Live is the main event where City Kids are concerned. Launched in September 09, City Kids: Live takes place every Friday night from 5:45 – 7:30pm during term-time inside the Main Auditorium at BCC Campus: City. The music is set to ‘loud’, the lights are set to ‘bright’ and the fun is most definitely set to ‘max.’ City Kids: Live is led from the stage by our dynamic City Kids team who host an event consisting of music, competitions, performances and multi-media presentations that will have your kids on the edge of their seats. OTHER EVENTS City Kids also run a variety of other programmes designed to love and inspire including the very popular City Kids: Create, which provide space for kids to be creative in various ways. City Kids: Create can vary in length from an afternoon to a full day event or even a week-long event during school holidays. Other City Kids events include City Kids: Life Pod; a fortnightly gathering of children designed to challenge kids to go deeper in their relationship with God, to study the Bible and pray together, and City Kids: ABC which runs alongside Alpha, Beginnings and Connect. Once a year, City Kids run two large annual events in City Kids: Illuminate; a City Kids celebration CITY KIDS: BEACH PARTY City Kids: Beach Party is a week-long summer programme of action-packed events and activities for kids, ranging from water fights, nature trails, sports, crafts, and even a trip to the beach. City Kids: Beach Party is most definitely the hottest event of the whole year! SCHOOL PROGRAMME City Kids are working towards reaching and engaging with every child in the city through working with every Primary school. Primary schools across the city are contacting the office to book the City Kids team for assemblies, lessons, after school clubs, fun days and community projects.
