Breathe City Church opened its first City Centre campus in May 2009 in order to accommodate the incredible growth in the number of young people in the house. Campus: Hanley is home to BCC’s phenomenal City Youth; one of the leading youth ministries in the nation. City Youth pastors in excess of 400 young people from around Stoke on Trent. Situated on Lower Foundry Street in the heart of the City Centre, Campus: Hanley is strategically located and conveniently accessible to young people all over the city of Stoke on Trent and the region. The City Youth team pick up young people from bus stops all over the city and surrounding area for their weekly events programme, including their Friday night flagship event, Avit! With a spacious auditorium, Campus: Hanley can accommodate large numbers of people at any one time. The large stage area, PA, AV systems and lighting rig go towards providing the perfect setting for explosive gatherings and events. City Youth also host a Sunday evening gathering for young people called Academy . In addition, Campus: Hanley boasts office space, a reception area, a balcony and a loading bay / garage. With a City Centre location and an adjacent car park, Campus: Hanley is easily accessible. Campus: Hanley is available for corporate and private hire and is regularly used for hosting private parties and functions. Over the last few years, Breathe City Church have been awarded a number of large grants in order to renovate the facility into one of the premier venues of its kind in the city.
