Brighter Futures is an outstanding organisation in Stoke on Trent that provides support to those who require extra help to live independent and fulfilled lives, helping them make improvements to their health, employability and social skills. Working with partners all over the city, Brighter Futures provide a range of services for those whose emotional, physical, social or financial situation leaves them in need of support. These services include supporting people to live more independently, providing a range of housing and access to a wide range of opportunities. Breathe City Church is incredibly proud to partner with Brighter Futures to help bring about change in this great city of ours. As a church we resonate with Brighter Futures' culture and values; passionate, creative, equality, empowering and sustainable. We are very grateful to Brighter Futures for all that they do for the people of Stoke on Trent.
